Subscription Issues
Since March 2025, the Society has undertaken a thorough review of Castellum subscriptions and found that a number of subscriptions have lapsed, or are below the current rate. To ensure fair distribution and cost coverage, we will no longer send a printed copy to those with expired subscriptions.
If, for any reason, you have not received issue 78 (March 2026), please follow these steps and get in touch with the Society. Please be assured that we have spare copies.
- Firstly, please could you confirm you have an active subscription. The majority of subscribers pay at the start of April. If your subscription has lapsed, please contact the Society at the email address below.
- If you do have an active subscription, please could you identify how the transaction will appear in the Society’s bank statements. We have a small number of records that we can not uniquely identify to an individual.
- If you have moved house in the last few years, we may not have your current address in our database. Please note that the Society holds independent records from the College.
Please contact the Society at [email protected] (and note this is not the usual college email address). We may ask you to provide the following details:
- Your name
- Your years of residence at College
- The name on the account from which the subscription was made (we don’t need your sort code or account number)
- The date your last payment was made
- Confirmation of your current postal address
